What does 'Pending Escrow' mean from my 'Next Step' column?

After a Service Provider has been selected to work on a project, the Service Provider will see "Pending Escrow" under the column labeled "Next Step" if the Buyer has not yet funded the escrow account for the project.

Once the Buyer adds funds to the project's escrow account, the "Next Step" column will change to show the next stage in the project.
