What happens if the Service Provider I select doesn't complete my Project?

While we pride ourselves on having thousands of professional Service Providers to do you stuff, there may be times when a project doesn't get completed. If this happens to you, please follow these guidelines:

1. You are only obligated to pay for the portion of work the Service Provider completed. Do not pay for work that wasn't done.
2. If you're using our escrow service, do not release any funds to the Service Provider. Instead, please contact DoMyStuff.com so we can offer our mediation services to you and the Service Provider.
3. Leave appropriate rating and feedback information for your Service Provider.
4. Consider the situation, and if there were extenuating circumstances that caused the issue with your Service Provider, try to be fair in your rating and feedback.
5. Re-list your project to find another Service Provider to complete your project. Remember that posting projects is free at DoMyStuff.com, and you'll immediately be on your way to getting your stuff done!
