We are a home grown start-up of friends who used to work at a big name software giant who recently lost our web developer in a tragic accident and are now trying to salvage our projects by looking for help with our web front end.



ASP.Net /C#/t-sql required. Looking for hungry individuals (Yes, we have room for more than one) who wants to show what they can do, we are flexible on payment terms (we can pay you cash, or you can continue doing work without tapping our limited funds with the goal of earning an ownership stake in the company).



Core website features required:

Ability to create a new account (like facebook)

Ability to administrate account,

Ability to login, log-out.



Site features personal pages like facebook, but with twists that can not be given out until an NDA is signed. Until then, we need many of the common web site features you see in every single "create an account here" type of website and are going with MS technologies due to our need to leverage what we already know from our past professional careers for the sake of speed.
